"Arrived around 6:30pm. The place was very busy but they were able to seat us right away. Our server was great. I really enjoyed the chorizo tacos. The esquites with bone marrow were good, but a bit small to share with more then two people. The duck mole taco was tasty. The guacamole was outstanding. We had the verde chicken pozole, lots of ingredients in it but lack seasoning and flavor. Our friends had the mole pork pozole. Felt same way, lacked flavor and depth. Was really looking forward to coming here due to its accolades. Oh well!"

"Loved our dinner here. Super cute, swanky "hole in the wall" vibe with low lighting and great service. We were packed in like sardines but excited to snag a table on a Saturday night. Good drink selection, yummy coin margarita, and great prices on the appetizers and tacos. We got the esquites with bone marrow (phenomenal) and I got the carnitas and pork chop tacos which were both flavor packed and hit the spot. My friend got the pozole and it was good but I felt like was lacking flavor and overpriced. Overall great experience and can't wait to come back!!"

"I’m ruefully sharing my feelings about my favorite place, but James Beard and Michelin kind of let the cat out of the bag first…. Food is incomparable, drinks are delicious with the ever changing exciting list of Mezcal options (not just “smokey” as some might think), and it’s all done is a laid-back (albeit small) atmosphere. Cannot go wrong here."

"Absolutely amazing. Just found La Diabla and soooo happy! The posole is hearty and there’s lots of it! Best Chilaquiles I’ve had hands down, anywhere. Paired up with a Pisco Sour and Spicy Mezcal margarita. You gotta do this!!!"

"We used La Diabla in October 2023 for our wedding celebration in downtown Denver and they were fantastic. We had a pork spit set up outside for people to grab Al Pastor tacos and they all loved it. It added so much to our evening. Highly recommend adding this if you do their catering for a wedding. It was super easy to meet everyones dietary needs, as they brought great vegetarian options and it was gluten free and dairy free, so we didn't need to change things up for individuals. Thank you La Diabla for making awesome food and making our wedding celebration so memorable."
