"When we bought our house, we were told that if we ever needed paint to head to sherwin Williams where the paint was bought. All we would need is our address. After an hour of being in the store, the guy at the desk shrugged that he wasn’t able to help because we didn’t know the contractor who painted the house even though only a couple months earlier they were able to look it up through the address. They need better training and need to inform people of the changes so they can learn the information before they transfer systems."
