"The installation of the carpet was done by one person. He did two bedrooms, and three hours was very professional do an excellent job. Initially, the process was excellent in the office. Getting an estimate took a bit of time. I had to call at least three or four times and they finally came out and did an estimate. It took 15 minutes. They asked for 50% down after the estimate and didn’t explain to me that they wanted full payment prior to the installation. That is not standard construction industry standards to pay full price before installation. That was my only issue with Carpet Exchange. Fortunately it worked out and the installation was perfect."
"We started this order remotely from another state. Todd Faulkner was very understanding and helpful in our unusual situation. The installation team was on time and very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. We LOVE our new floors!"
