"Horrible. Selection in this store is a joke. random merchandise all over. Needed to make a tax exempt purchase. After 20 minutes of waiting while the only emplyee on site (a recent hire) tried an failed to figure this out. My colleague a NASA technician, was amazed at how bad this Fastenall was and he's used them a lot in other locations in the US and Australia. The amazing thing is that this place has been in business for about 5 years? How they are still in business is rather strange."
"Their bits are completely worthless, customer service is less than desirable. I had to have the woman that ran the store call her manager to get any resolution and she was snooty the moment i told her I was having issues with quality of the bits they sold me. While I was waiting I wandered back to look at product and she snapped saying that I was in a area not for customers!!! However no signs were posted. She did finally get me replacement bits that will hopefully be better quality but still Not ever coming back to this location again."
