"How can you be without certain pvc fittings . Asked was told shortages , backorder, covid, well my supplier's in denver have them, HD is a million dollar company can't you stock pvc parts. This has been a problem for years not covid."
"As usual, horrible service. As I walked through the store searching for an item, I probably passed half a dozen employees, none of which asked if I needed any help. When I did approach an employee to ask where I could find what I was looking for, the reply was, "its over there", not, it's over here let me show you. I only purchase items from Home Depot if every other hardware store is out of what I am looking for."
"You can tell they don't get much training or something. Bought a door from here and it was a total nightmare. From the start to the finish. Still doesn't lock right. I have to put all my weight on the door to lock the dead bolt. They won't call you back if there's a problem. Waited almost a week for a call finally broke down and called them. Plan on calling them a lot. Good luck if you decide to get something."
