OnPoint Urgent Care

"Personal doctors office full, scheduled appointment with On-Care early this morning and was able to get an 8:30am slot. Super simple process to make the appointment and then do forms and check-in. Staff was polite and friendly at front desk, co-pay only not a card held or higher than necessary payment “just in case”  like other Urgent Cares sometimes do. Lots of questions to get full picture of issue, background and meds went over, resolution and meds discussed and written info given. Also got follow up email for meds and visit. Hope I do t have to but would use again based on today’s experience."

"Excellent! Loved the doctor--thorough and sympathetic. Gave me the best medicine. Have always been very happy with urgent care. A needs addition in our medical system, especially when it's as good as OnPoint,"

"First time in this business, and was greeted by LaCrisha and Kimberly which they both where extremely nice to my son and I. Also they both were very informative, respectful, kindhearted, and wanted to make sure that I knew all of.my options before proceeding with anything. I also wanted to thank Nurse Brenda who was the one who saw my son and I and I'm forgetting about the young lady that had brought us back to our room to be seen. But overall will be recommending this place for future visits. Thank you guys for making our visit as less stressful as you guys could. Thanks for Also giving my son some toys on our way out after being seen as well. So thanks for everything."

"The staff were super attentive and educated. The scheduling was friendly and professional. Every medical professional I interacted with provided great care and concern. This is by far my Urgent care facility of choice. I would suggest that patients waiting in the wait room be told to shut their phones down. Two people near me had their volume up entirely too high! Very annoying and inconsiderate. Maybe put signs up. I know AFC has a no cell phone use policy in wait room. It is ok to do that."

"We went around 10:45am on 1.6.24. The little girl at the front desk with the brown ugg shoes/slippers was unpleasant. If you can't be pleasant, that's not the job for you. Her male counterpart (on the left) was much kinder, even thought he was probably annoyed by all the questions I had. But again, reception is not for you if you can't be helpful and answer questions in a way that makes people feel valued. The Medical Asst, Kelly was lovely and very knowledgeable. The Nurse Practitioner was a women whose name I forgot. She was thorough, kind and very patient with answering my questions. If that front desk experience were better, it would have been 5 stars."
