"They keep saying that medicaid isn't active to make you pay. I have had it active and been able to use it at every place that takes medicaid minus this place. Just happened to my sister today too so hoping you won't have to waste your time with these people."
"This Look Optical has several highly-trained and knowledgeable doctors that do exams for contacts and/or glasses. Also they must have two hundred frames to choose from. The excellent service & staff are managed by India --- she is the best! More than 50 years I've been wearing glasses and contacts. You cannot do better than this Look Optical."
"Today at 9:07 I walked in with a request to fix the broken leg on my boyfriends frame which I knew was not going to be fixed with the same leg, however when I asked for them to fix the frame with a new leg with any color I didn’t mind, the front desk lady with brown hair & long nails was very quick to say they were unfixable & handed them to another employee with curly brown hair who said I remember this man’s glasses I keep telling him these are not fixable. They were both EXTREMELY rude to me & so I just decided to walk out before I was rude back. I left & went to the Aurora location down south & Chris was amazing there & fixed them for free within 5 minutes. AVOID this horrible location with rude employees who try to get you to buy new frames without giving you the option to fix them. Mind you, we have fixed these frames 4 times already at THIS location & I truly believe they just didn’t want to fix them"

I ordered new glasses and expected it would be several weeks until I received them. To my astonishment, they were ready to pick up in about one week. I recommend this place most enthusiastically."
