"I went to the Aurora Walmart Supercenter's Vision Center for the first time several days ago and had a wonderful experience. I believe Priscilla was the optician who helped me that day. The "string" supporting the lens on my glasses snapped suddenly. All it took was walking into their office and they agreed to fix it by the next day. And just like that, I stopped by the following day and my glasses were good as new!"

"There is a reason their review average is so bad. Extremely rude front desk Ann and the "Eye Dr" gave me a prescription that was not correct. I told her it was not correct and she would not listen to my concerns. I was told there is no one to talk to because she is her own business entity. I tried not to look at Walmart as "Walmart" but they still hold up their image. The prescription she wrote me is completely off and if even when I switch the contacts around I can actually see slightly better than the actual prescription. I am out $80 and so now I am going to go get my actual prescription they wrote and compare them just too see how off this doctor really is."
"Really unhelpful. Woman wouldn’t do a price check without printed prescription. Had prescription on phone via email. Returned with prescription and another lady refused to look up other brands outside of the one I bought previously even as my prescription allows for such. Don’t understand how such people get or retain jobs."
