"Zero if I could. Disconnected TWICE with no call back, when calling a line said to be for crisis help. Was on the first call 5 minutes (s/w Angie). Second call for 27 minutes (Jameelah) where I was asked for my SSN??? Both women said I would be seen today. I physically drove to the location on Alameda where the woman at the front desk (Joy) said I would not be seen today, didn’t care that I was twice disconnected, and that the next appt is two weeks out for in person and not until next week for telehealth. Why would these women tell me I’d be seen today?? This is for CRISIS help, btw. Which by the way, goes straight to voicemail. Absolute garbage. Update: The canned responses to these reviews make you look even worse. Giving someone the number to a crisis line, when I physically came in. After being told I’d be seen that day by two people, both who disconnected me? You also have terrible reviews from former employees on multiple review sites. The issues are widespread & systemic. Not sure where you get funding from, but it’s definitely worth looking into."

"Accessing mental health should not be this difficult. I tried to call to schedule an appointment to try to get in to see a new therapist/psychiatrist. They told me that's not allowed and I have to call and schedule the same day I can go in. I work Mon-Fri 8-5pm and I can't just not show up to work to MAYBE get an appointment scheduled. It's basically impossible to get scheduled in."

"I was given the Intercept program by the school and was told it was fantastic. My kiddo has been wait listed for over a year! Keep getting told it's an insurance thing. Even with the shortage of providers my Pediatrician says that's too long. They almost never call me back when they say they will. From the reviews do they see anyone?? Don't even think they should have one star."

"Wow! I was surprised to see all the negative reviews when I scrolled down to leave my review. Maybe things will change, but as of now, they have been AMAZING everyone I have talked to in the few months I have been seen (just started) has been wonderful. I have hope for the first time in a long time. I just am so grateful to the staff, who treat me like a human being, and make me feel comfortable and cared for. To me, it seems they work there because they want to help people and so far, it shows. I will update after a few more months, but I am going to try to stay positive."
