"As someone who does not have insurance, seeing new/scary symptoms present left me wracked with anxiety and unsure how I was going to get affordable medical help. Most people probably wouldn’t consider the out of pocket costs for urgent care “affordable” but I was so impressed with the pricing at CareNow! I received a visit, testing, and referral for an ultrasound at a very affordable price. I know my partner pays more for his copay and tests WITH insurance from his provider! I went in only about 45 minutes before closing, after I got done with work, but everyone treated me so kindly. I did not feel like a burden or task. I felt like a patient who was cared for. Nurses, doctor, and reception were all so warm and transparent. When I asked the doctor for certain tests to bring me peace of mind about my general health, I wasn’t told I didn’t need them. I was told that of course, I could do that, and she understood. The amount of peace and validation I felt from this clinic I cannot put into words and I am so, so grateful there is really awesome medical care close to home and affordable for me, even out of pocket. Thank you all for being here and putting your heart into your patients care. I forgot to get my doctors name but one nurse I worked with was Sarahi, she was awesome."

"Really pleased with my experience here. I did a walk in visit to get some staples removed from a minor head wound that was previously treated at the ER. The check in process was fairly simple and the receptionists were very kind and answered any questions I had about the registration paperwork. They made it very simple to use my Colorado Medicaid which I greatly appreciate. After getting registered and checked in I did have to wait for about 20-25 minutes. But they had a patient with a severe issue come in around the same time as me that they had to tend to immediately and I completely understood that. But regardless the staff were very apologetic and kind about the wait. Once I was taken back to see the provider a medical assistant took a couple minutes to ask a few questions and then I waited to see the provider. It took less than 5 minutes for her to arrive. She was extremely kind and had great patient demeanor. I was a little nervous that it might be painful to have the staples removed and she really helped put me at ease. She performed the procedure in less than 2 minutes, painlessly I might add, and then I was on my way. Great urgent care that takes Medicaid, has nice staff and medical professionals, and provides a calm, caring environment for their patients. And they made the billing/payment process very straightforward and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything."
