"Life changing therapy, I went to doctor to check my wrist due to pain and poor range of motion. The orthopedic doctor recommended X-Ray and it was fine, then MRI that showed a little inflammation on top part of my wrist but I was feeling a slight pain on the bottom part of lift when I doing front squat, bench press and so on. The doctor told me to avoid those exercises and that my wrist would recover on its own. Well, the pain persisted. I went to Totally Mobile TP and it was life changing.
