"I have never been treated so horribly by a doctor than I have at this urgent care. The nurse was great, the MA was great, but the Dr was awful! She told me, and I quote, "well I am the one with the medical degree so that's that" after I had told her I could have nsaids. I had Gastric bypass and therefore can only take celebrex. So I called my surgeon's number and he told me in under no circumstances should you take that drug. The pharmacist even said no! Also prescribed me a muscle relaxer I told her did not work for me, but she only heard what's she wanted to hear. Do not see Noelle!"

"Staff was courteous but my friend had a fracture in her foot and their X-ray machine was not working on 2/13/2024. This caused us to visit their sister location 7 miles further. We waited an hour before we could see the doctor. And then drove to another location for an X-ray which was fairly quick. I might use them again in the future and improve this rating based on my experience, but as of now this stands at 2/5 for me."

"When I went there it was an amazing experience! We called before we went in too bc we weren’t sure and they had no problem helping and it made me feel good right off the bat. It was for my daughter she’s a year old so finding places that can attend to your kid when you can’t get them to there pediatrician makes me feel amazing! The nurse was super sweet and made me feel safe and know my daughter was in good care. Quick, easy, and overall amazing health care workers:) the dr was good too. The front desk lady made payment easy as well when we couldn’t figure what insurance covered she didn’t make me sit there and go back and forth :) loved that sometimes it can be a lot especially with a sick kiddo! I’ve gone to lots of urgent cares definitely on my top 3! Also clean place and my family goes there they love it as well. Called to check up on her."

"Check in was efficient. Very polite staff all around. Follow ups have been great as well. This is the second CareNow facility I’ve visited, with the other one being in Nashville. At each I received top notch service and care. I am so impressed."
