"My husband is seen in this clinic. He is a Viet Nam Veteran. A Marine. This clinic is not quite like a non military office. The staff are efficient and ssometimes short staffed. You may not get done as fast as you would like. But, it also is not as confusing as military hospital complex and it usually much less walking. Just remember that it is a government facility. I made a scene at one once (I was young and a nurse and I had a sick child). My husband's superior was not amused, he got it trouble! Just saying."

"Mental Health Scheduling Department is one of the most rude and uncaring people I have ever talked to in my entire time I had been part of this hospital's team. Good luck trying to fix your mental health if you have PTSD or other disorders."

"The Karmic wheel spins and the universe will deal out the appropriate consequences. This place, and anyone involved, will get what they deserve. My dad went in and is simply looking for oxygen and agent orange compensation. They are playing games. The final game they will lose, I am confident. There is nothing I have to do, they have already made their choices."

"Pretty good care here. Since COVID/low staffing it's taken longer to get appts, but still not bad. Compared to the new, big VA hospital it's scruffy (and parking underneath is sketchy), but I feel like I'm treated well here. Hope other vets have the same experience."

"Went here to see my PCP, but he was out so I got stuck with Dr. Martinez. I advise to my fellow veterans to stay away from him. I needed an ultrasound for possible blood clots and he said it was a waste of resources. This is why people hate the VA because of doctors like him. We served and did our time. Dr. Martinez cut me off and just continued to tell me that I don't need the scan. I have met other VA doctors who actually care, but this doctor needs to be released. In addition, the front staff even stated that he has multiple complaints against him. Again, stay from from Dr. Martinez, if you want actual quality care."
