"Had the worse experience and treatment from the staff at my first and will be my last visit at this office. I had an appointment for an emergency procedure the Friday before New Years 2024. My appointment was at 1pm and after I was evaluated I was placed in a back room for over 4 hours. I asked numerous people what was going on and why no one had tended to me and not one person had the professionalism to inform me that they were making me wait for 4 plus hours in a back room to have my emergency surgery. They ignored me until all patients were seen and taken care of before they finally got to me. I spent 5 hours in that office that day and it’s clear this office has no lack of remose, professionalism, or willingness to communicate and inform a patient of their plans. It was clear they also feel they have no reason to apologize or admit their poor handling of my situation. In all I had to find an alternative transportation way home since they kept me in the office for 5 hours and my ride could no longer wait. I hope no one else gets the poor and unprofessional treatment I received and I hope the staff learns that a patient’s time is also as valuable as the staffs."
"What an amazing practice of skilled doctors, nurses and techs . Dr. Zhang was a very skilled surgeon and Dr Hagedorn did an excellent job explaining my follow up. Also, want to mention Aimee being so stellar expediting my scheduling and Taylor as a fabulous tech nurse . Use nobody else but this practice! You’ll be glad you did."
