"I do not recommend Denver Fertility Care. The clinic is extremely disorganized and unresponsive. The billing process has been frustrating, which has created a feeling that they are more interested in collecting money than providing care. They demanded that I pay out of pocket before ever filing claims with my insurance, which I had been asked to provide three different times. I have had to contact them multiple times to correct this, but they do not respond for weeks at a time or at all. Once they finally filed the claims, I can see that insurance has paid, but I still have not received reimbursement. When I brought this to Dr. Ambler’s attention during an appointment, I was met with anger and defensiveness. During the visit she told me to expect to wait one to two weeks for correspondence from the billing department. It’s been over three weeks and still nothing. The rest of my appointment she spoke over me, was abrupt and rude, and rattled off my lab results leaving me very confused. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to respond to me about reimbursement. There are so many additional ways in which I experienced unprofessionalism in the clinic, including lost blood work. The only positive thing I can say about the clinic is that the nurses are responsive and kind. One Star for the Nurses."
