"I highly recommend this place that I have been going to for about 4 years. Making appointments is very easy. Doctors also allow video and phone appointments as well. There have been times when I don’t feel like a medication is working well or have questions and the nurse will contact me back usually within the hour to discuss details and possible solutions/changes that can be made. All staff here is very friendly and helpful."

"I attempted to contact them because they showed up as someone I could use for my insurance. Called multiple times. Not able to leave a message. Once I did get some one stating I'm new patient, they said I needed to be transferred to another area because of using insurance. Once I was, and mentioned the person I would like to see that person wasn't even at their location. Good thing people aren't struggling already with mental health, but trying to find some one to help? Impossible. Thanks"

"Was a patient here for a very short time. My assigned psychiatrist was extremely uncommunicative and did not help me navigate or even TELL me my diagnosis. She didn't even introduce herself when I met her for the first time. I did not, at any point, feel like I was heard, understood, or cared for in the slightest. Do NOT go here if you're seeking mental health help– you're going to run into a brick wall. The staff here doesn't know what they're doing. Go elsewhere, please."

"My doctor, Dr. Conger, is really great! She is both empathetic and professional, as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me a lot since I've started working with her nov '19. She works great with insurance too. But the rest of the staff is very lovely as well. People working the front desk are prompt and kind. The pharmacy here is always stocked and goes the extra mile for you. The nurses who can authorize refills are also friendly and quick as well. Overall, a great place, but usually booked a month out."

"Showed up a little late to an appointment due to an accident on the way. Upon arrival, I'm told my doctor won't see me and that I'd need to reschedule. What's aggravating is my appointments usually last about 10 minutes, and I think having to reschedule is a bit unreasonable. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours to see a nurse, and while my doctor had the time to write me a script, she still didn't see me. On another topic, I've been overcharged since day 1 here, but was told I'll be reimbursed. Will be looking for a new doctor after these experiences."
