"The receptionist was very friendly and got me in very quickly and efficiently. The nurse was very efficient and thorough in getting my information and vitals. The doctor had reviewed my history and was aware that I had tendencies towards sinus infections and was very willing to nip it in the bud. I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait And feel worse before getting the medication I required."

"This had to be the best experience I’ve had at Urgent Care. I had my kids with me and there was a little play area to occupy them. It is a nice clean space and the staff was attentive and responsive. Their system for monitoring and displaying the waitlist was very helpful. Mariana and Calie were a joy to speak with and especially in a time that I wasn’t feeling well they made me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you ladies for your help. I was in and out within an hour for my minor issue which aligned with the expectations they outlined."

This is the third clinic I've visited with the health issue I'm dealing with and the first one that made me feel like they're really listening. Edith at the front desk was articulate and kind, and she brought me through the documentation and their policies quickly, where I've been scoffed at before for being a self-payer. Gwen took great notes while she took my vitals and got me ready to be seen by the PA. Everyone was kind and professional and took what I had to say in my own treatment seriously.
