"I've been seeing Katherine for about 5 years now, so we'll before she opened her own, this, practice. When she told me she was opening up her own practice snd leaving the other place it was a no brainer that I'd be following her there. I've been doing pelvic floor therapy and PT with her all these years. She knows my body well by now. She is extremely caring, kind, thorough, knows what she's talking about and passionate about her work. My mom has even see her and she loves her. I recommend her any chance I get. My doctor has even asked for business cards of her because she can tell the difference. I recommended her any chance I possibly get. I will continue to see her as long as I can. I need continous pelvic floor therapy and PT typically because of other health issues I have. Hands down the best."

"I had reconstructive knee surgery (ACL and meniscus for the second time on the same knee) and have been working with Katherine since before she started her own practice. There was no question I'd follow her to her new practice, as she is so knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging, patient, I know I'm in the best hands. She always answers my questions thoroughly and listens to what I'm experiencing in my body as I work through my rehab. She has a great sense of humor and keenness to work with me to problem-solve; I feel like I always come away from our appointments with useful info, exercises, perspective, and a goal. Plus she's ace at dry needling--always knowing into exactly what muscles(s) she needs to stick 'em. I'm an avid skier and hiker and so it has been paramount for me to work with someone who will support me in getting not only back to where I was before, but maybe even better. Katherine's that person. I highly recommend her!"

"Katherine is hands down the most competent and compassionate health care professional I have ever worked with. She’s also a pretty amazing human. Katherine treated me as a complex individual with a treatment plan that was 100% customized to my reality - my personality, my energy level, the time I had to devote to PT exercises at any given time, my preferences for being standing or on the floor, even just my not liking a particular exercise. You name it, Katherine took it into consideration and worked with it. She listened to what I had to say about my body, encouraged me to be aware of and stay in tune with my body, and then she trusted my instincts. Katherine gave me the tools and skills I needed to move comfortably in my body, and confidence and courage I needed to challenge myself. Sessions were a combination of focused exercise/education and manual therapy or dry needling to relieve symptoms. Unfortunately, just as Katherine was moving to open her new practice and I was ready to “graduate” from PT, I got a little overzealous with my new weight lifting hobby and really hurt myself. I tried working with another PT at the old practice but I just wasn’t making any progress. I saw a chiropractor covered by my insurance but found no relief. So I’m back with Katherine, happily paying out of pocket for the best care I've ever received. And even though I’m now facing the most challenging physical situation I’ve ever faced, Katherine's compassion and knowledge and intuition keep me moving forward. WIthout her, I think I'd give up. She's amazing."

"I started seeing Katherine during the early COVID days due to a back injury so we had to Zoom our first few sessions. She is extremely detail oriented and explains the PT exercises very clearly. Her superpowers are knowledge of the human body, empathy, and listening/hearing her patients. She taught me Pilates and I SO miss her classes. She taught me good posture; how to walk correctly, and how to be aware of when I need to be working more on my exercises. Right now I'm working with her on pelvic floor therapy and it is making a world of difference in my life. I'm grateful to her and lucky to have her as my physical therapist."

"Katherine brings a fresh perspective to PT. During my time with Katherine, it was clear she is knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Katherine connected dots for me related to my women's health issues that I never knew before. As a result, I left feeling like my concerns were addressed on an individualized level, which has not been my experience elsewhere. I feel I can trust Katherine as a provider."
