"To begin I feel like the woman at check in was new which doesn’t matter but just didn’t have very great people person skills to be the first person you see once you walk in. Pro - Easy check in process and got seen within 10 minutes. Cons- I went in to discuss getting some beauty marks/moles removed and the pa looked at me and told me we couldn’t do that. I’ve never felt more embarrassed and disappointed in my life as it has taken me a lot of courage to even be able to make the appointment. These have always been my biggest insecurity and just wish the appointment wasn’t so rushed, barely even looked at my face and told me she wouldn’t remove them. I was in and out of my appointment in 5 minutes and was charged $100. I understand i am not a doctor and skin/moles can be very complex but i’ve done tremendous research online regarding what i wanted done and have seen others get done what i want and i got told a flat out no. I feel like i wasted my time even trying to come here, i left sad and disappointed. Especially because i drove over an hour to be seen here because i seen good reviews. Won’t be coming back and will try to see another dermatologist for my needs."
