"Joke. I was the second person in the waiting room and it took an hour to even get me back in the patient room. The dr finally came in and couldn’t form a sentence. Gave me no direction or diagnosis. He left the room to get a test and I decided to leave after being there almost two hours. Waste of money and time."

"The younger women doing the eye exam and urine analysis was short coming of a friendly attitude for my working pre-screen that needed done. I understand it is essential to be professional but being too quick and robot like in my opinion is not professional, you should be personable too instead of just looking at this like a job quick and easy. The front desk women that's bilingual was great. I waited 2.5 hours arriving at 11am to get through for a 5 minute pre-screen."

"Poor service, balanced by an understanding doctor. I walked into this clinic to have my upper respiratory symptoms looked at. I assumed that I would be seen promptly, as it was a Monday afternoon, and there were only two other people in the waiting room. The front desk staff made no mention of my place in line or my expected wait. I waited for about an hour. If you come here, I recommend booking an appointment rather than walking in. When my turn came, I was dismayed to be seen by a PA student from the local community college. After taking my history and my symptoms the student told me he was going to “discuss with his precept”. After waiting for about 20 minutes without communication, I learned that the IT system was down. Apparently this meant that care providers — doctors, students, and nurses all — could do little until it was fixed. I wish that someone had told me this, rather than leaving me to wait in the exam room. Finally, I got to see the doctor. Though hampered (and frustrated) by the broken IT system, he seemed competent. This was a great relief. Sensing my frustration, he also refunded my copay. I sincerely appreciated this gesture. But due to the wait times and the juniorness of the care staff, I still will avoid this clinic in the future."

"I really appreciated that the doctor took time to try to figure out what I could have after testing negative for strep. He was the only doctor there and there were people in the waiting room and instead of telling me I don’t have strep and sending me on my way, he listened to my symptoms and decided to test for mono and rule other things out. Thank you."
