"They claim to offer appointments, but the appointments are always taken already. So then they recommend walk-in at certain days or times. What they DO NOT tell you is the walk-in slots are taken immediately when they open that day. And the person working there couldn't care less if you were inconvenienced."

"Make sure you look like the demographic that "needs their services" otherwise you'll be shamed for needing testing and told to come back another time to get tested when it's not so busy so as their time can be used to providing help to people who "really need it". I'm absolutely sickened by this.. and no, I wasn't able to get help bc if you don't have symptoms, it's obviously a non issue and field trip for you, according to the staff."
