"By far the most unreliable clinic I have ever encountered. Canceled my appointment for a TB test on Friday less than an hour before. Came back the following Monday to try again to get the test placed and they did not tell me they were closed all day on Wednesday so I could not get the test read. Had to drive 45 minutes to Thornton to get it read at another location. Will not be going back."

"This has got to be the worst experience that I’ve had with a healthcare provider. First, they NEVER answer the phone. I let the phone ring for two hours at one time and an hour and a half at another. I’ve also called at random times with no answer. Second, no one is at reception area to help. Third, I was told that the test results ordered for me would return in three days. I call Quest and find out I would not actually receive the results until 9 days. Of course I had gone somewhere else by then because I needed treatment sooner than 9 days! Now I know why they have so many appointments available. Do not waste your time on this clinic!"

"I had an appointment for 240pm to get my booster shot. I arrived at 230pm and got right in. It is located near customer service area inside King Soopers."
