"We had a great experience. The doctor we saw a was awesome. Made my daughter feel better knowing she was dreading a throat swab. Will absolutely go back when we need an urgent care."

"If you are looking for a place to take your child (or anyone really) for a broken arm I would highly recommend this urgent care! They treated my son's broken arm immediately. He was in a lot of pain but they were patient and took the extra care needed to make sure he was in as little pain as possible while still getting the necessary x-rays they needed. They immobilized his arm with a splint and it reduced the pain significantly and provided clear directions on our next steps for treatment. Everyone we encountered during our visit was professional, kind and made my son feel so strong and brave - as a kid, this is what he needed to push through the pain and leave with a smile on his face."

"We had such a good experience at this urgent care recently. We took our son here right before closing for what they ended up treating as a double ear infection. And despite walking in right before they closed, the staff was SO warm, welcoming, professional and helpful. We had no wait time and were able to get right into a room to be seen by the NP that treated us and was just great with our 4 year old. We were out in an hour, prescription and post treatment instructions in-hand, and with a pedialyte popsickle that made our son as happy as he could be, given the circumstances. Thank you all so much!"

"I got to the urgent care shortly after it opened around 8:15 am. I was the only person in the waiting room and got checked in quickly. I was taken back to the patient room and seen by the nurse quickly. He told me that it would take 20 minutes for the test results to come in but the doctor would see me while I waited. After 45 minutes I still hadn’t seen the nurse again or the doctor. My patient room was across from the doctor’s office. I could hear her detailed personal phone conversation that lasted for over 30 minutes. When she finally came in to see me, I expressed my frustration with waiting so long. Her response was that the urgent care was very busy. During the duration of my wait, I only heard one other patient come in. When I left, the waiting room was empty. From my perspective, the doctor was taking care of personal matters instead of checking on patients, and when asked about it, she made up an excuse that it was busy. If the staff want to take care of personal matters during work time, they should do it outside of earshot of the patients. It’s very unprofessional. In addition to the unnecessary wait, the doctor asked my opinion of what was wrong. The reason I went there was to get a professional medical diagnosis. Not for the doctor to ask me."

"They inspected my wrist and took a number of pictures of my wrist. Everything looked good. No broken bones in the wrist. They fitted me with wrist protector for the left hand."
