"Came in for an appointment to check on my finger I had smashed, then it turned black and I wanted them to take the clogged blood out to relieve pressure. So I told the nurse I had seen a video in youtube on how to do it but I wanted to be more professionally done and obviously sanitized . So what does Dr Spine do, he goes into he’s office and grabs any paper clip and does exactly what the youtube video did in which I had told the nurse how it was done . And now I have a 1,000 dollar bill and taking me to court for a procedure that was not professionally done !!!! Don’t come here period . Going to court to fight this charge."

"As a doctor, his staff's work was sufficient. I had no reason to doubt their capabilities. As a small business owner, he and his staff are focused on making money, not taking care of patients. I recently moved to CO and needed to get my annual physical. Instead of a procedure that is supposed to be covered by my insurance, he (and his staff) managed to extend this simple process into 5 office visits that I had to pay for and an additional 1,000 billed to the insurance company. This included requiring an office visit to print a diagnoses letter, another office visit to tell me the results of blood work, another that was in addition to the physical on the same day as my physical because I asked them to recommend a sleep study for me. When I spoke to the doctor and told him how disappointed I was, his answer was that medical costs are expensive and it's not his fault that his staff charged me to do that."

"Dr. Spine and his PA Chantelle Erickson have been health care providers for me and my husband ever since we moved to Erie about 7 years ago. They are both wonderfully accessible and caring. Their practice is small which makes us feel like they know us and care about us personally. Despite being a small practice, they maintain a good network of specialists and other service providers when a referral is needed. The fact that Dr. Spine is a DO means that he can do spinal adjustments so that we never need a chiropractor. Their office staff are always friendly and helpful. I believe that linking up with them was one of the best things to happen to us since we moved to Erie."
