"I’m not a write a review kind of person, however, I felt compelled to write one for Billy and Inner Glow! I’ve been going to Billy for quite some time, it’s one of the few things I do for myself: Billy’s facials are my treat, and bonus, its had long term positive affects both for my skin and my mental health. Most recently she did an ‘Oxygen Therapy’ and I was shocked at the results, it was amazing and lasted so noticeably long. My face was smooth, hydrated and had a seemingly youthful texture. The treatment itself is alway great if Billy’s magic hands are involved and this particular treatment had me so impressed with the results that I asked her to do it again on my next biweekly appointment. I’m always so excited to see what new technology she has introduced! -Grateful client!"

"I had the most amazing appointment with Billy. She was kind and courteous. The salon was clean and smelled wonderful. I had my lashes tinted and lifted. The whole process was quick and easy. I was very nervous about having someone working near my eyes and the possibility of burning but not once did my eyes burn!
