Harmony Nails

"Stopped in at 4pm on a Monday for a quick powder dip, first experience with the salon. I sat for 30 minutes with foil to take my previous dip off as 2 staff member cleaned around the salon and the other staff assisted clients. Not ideal, but not a deal breaker. As the tech began working on my nails i had concerns about the color. Again, it's just nail polish, a few weeks with a color I don't love, not a deal breaker. The technician sat for the remained of my time there, making comments about the color. I voiced that it was okay and I wasn't interested in arguing. She finished my nails, took photos of them. I went to the register, paid, and even tipped although lower than the usual 20% due to the argumentative behavior for the duration of my session. After handing her the receipt, she continued to argue with me, eventually raising her voice and asking what was wrong with me. I again told her my issue was with the behavior, not my nail polish. I go to the salon to relax not to be accosted by the staff. I ended up exiting the business after telling her I was done and to have a nice evening for her to continue screaming at me as the door closed. My only experience with them, but I surely wouldn't recommend it. Cringy, awkward, unfortunate and just wild."

"Harmony nails does an amazing job. I have very thin nails, and they have been gentle when putting on a full acrylic set and always do a phenomenal job with the shaping and matching the design I bring into them. They check in with you through out to make sure the nails are to your liking and are very sweet when asked to change something. Great customer service. Highly recommend."

"Love that there is a great nail place in the mountains! I moved out to Bailey a year ago and it's nice to know that I don't have to go into Denver for a good set of nails. I was nervous because there are some bad reviews on here but my nails are amazing! A few people mentioned being rushed so when Lucy started doing my nails I was like, she did seem like she was rushing but then i just noticed that she had fast transitions but that she took her time on the important parts like shaping and the polish coats, stopping to ask me if I liked the results along the way. I had someone else do my pedicure and they were great as well! So happy!"

"My nails ended up SO cute! The employee who did my mom’s nails ended up putting the color she picked back and picking her own for my mom… a little odd but it did end up cute. Overall they were quick and clean with their work!"

"Do not go there ever! Horrible customer service! Everything was extremely rushed and rough. Ripping the light back and forth. Normally after acrylic is done tipi get buffed, cuticle oil and you wash your hands.. NONE of that was done. When I brought it up he said I had to request that! What!!!??? Secondly.. let's talk about the absolutely worst full set I've ever seen in my entire life. My daughter wanted almond shape. Not a single nail was straight. I'm not talking a little bit off. They are completely pointing to the left... BAD. When I went in to complain they proceeded to yell at me saying it was my daughter's fault. They refunded my money for hers but then proceeded to threaten to cut all her nails off. I said sure you can take them off but you will soak them off correctly. They were rough with your hands, horrible customer service, and not worth the money at all!! I wouldn't go back to this place if it was free."
