"In need of an emergency restyle, i looked into reviews of local stylists. After becoming worn out with all the standard comments as in "great place" & " incredible stylist" that do not reflect what makes the experience so special, i will do my best to give an accurate account of my experience with Jackie at Aspen roots! For the last 6+ years My stylist Kayla F in littleton has always done a phenomenal job, which made me hesitant to go anywhere else. None the less I needed to be cleaned up and right away, so yhe search bagan online! So back to my search, after getting tired of great reviews with no supporting comments, i turned to actually calling around and talking with each salon. I explaimed that i have longer hair and need to go Short, Jackies personality and confidence drew me in although still nervous. Upon arrival, the greeting was pleasant not pushy or rushed. Jackie took time a2md questioned me about my style likes and dislikes to which i was no help. I am not always comfy with shorter hair which was explained. Sitting in the chair she mentioned what she felt was a good approach for my lifestyle and hair type, Explaining why, and what i should expect from my hair with the change we started. As she with the clippers my anxiety started to grow, her confidence and calm personality shined as the style was forming. My time was valued and the process was smooth and un-rushed. Additionally i feel she went above and beyond giving a little extra and offering to coach me on how to work with the product reccomended should i need it. All in all it is the Experience that makes or breaks relationships. Jackie made mine exceptional. Her skill is more than style, a true Master of her trade so much so that a passer by stopped and commented on my new look. Thank you, thank you for over delivery of service, ill be back! Nigel E."
