"Went in for my favorite rolling tobacco for maybe the tenth time. Cashier was excited to sell me a bigger bag of “the same tobacco” for less money, cuz it was bulk. Turns out it was not at all the same tobacco (it was pipe tobacco, not for rolling) but no return/exchange/refund policy means they won’t do anything about it. The same cashier told me, “I don’t smoke or know anything about the product.” Lost a loyal customer."
"I came here because of the rating and other reviews and my experience was far from what I was expecting. The person working was rude and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I tried to deescalate our interaction by apolozing for mentioning the price difference and what I was used to paying for a Flum, but she continued to exude a very negative attitude. I, honestly, was just trying to buy myself a treat, the Flum float, but instead I just felt like I ruined her day by coming into the store."
