"Where to start? I guess walking into the salon- there was no warm welcome or hi how can I help you. I got a look of racism like I was in the wrong place. I finally get noticed and stated I had a 10 o’clock appointment w Jade. I was told to have a seat. I have a seat. Up comes this older gentleman and the girl who saw me walk up puts a smile on her face and in her joyous voice says hi can I help you! Um yeah no thanks…the vibe was off and the two women I met were not friendly at all. I did see a dark haired woman in the back and she smiled at me. I’m sure that was Jade. Kudos to her for smiling at least. And I apologize for walking out Jade. But that place was not for me. I will continue to go to Durango where I feel comfortable around ppl who have great customer service. Beware if you’re Native this place isn’t friendly to our people."
