"They do not honor appointments. Made appointment in advance, came in 10 minutes early to checked in. 35 minutes later one of the staff members members said the hairdresser(Krysti) is about to get off, so she can't do a haircut, despite her taking in a walk-in while I was waiting. Krysti just shrugged it off: "Appointment? Oh, that's what's going on! I can't do it now." No apologies for wasted time."
"This place is a joke. We made an appointment for our 2 year old to get his haircut before we left on vacation the next day. They told us they were a little behind, fine no problem. After waiting nearly an hour, we decided to leave. Mind you, me, my wife, and my son were all waiting in the waiting area. We saw people come in after us and get seen before us. The woman there wouldn’t even look over at us. No updates on time, no “hey you guys are next,” no “thanks for your patience, we’re so sorry.” Just a lot of scoffs and eye rolls. Horrible customer service, if I was their manager and saw this, trust me they’d be fired. I’ll even give you the time and date so maybe the manger will see this and do something. July 21st 2023, appointment was supposed to be at 5:30, ended up walking away at 6:20."
