"I feel that if a patient has a serious medical problem and her doctor's schedule is full then the staff must ask another doctor in the practice to see the patient instead of sending the patient to the ER. Being forced to wait 4 days is not medically best for myself or anyone else for care for a serious medical condition. I had to go to the ER twice on two separate occasions. I realize that the front office has a tough job but they should be thinking of how care can be provided. My doc is excellent and that is why he is so busy."

"I've been a patient of this medical center for almost 20 years and it is has been fine until now. Something has changed. Are they inundated with too many patients or short on staff? The care now for a senior citizen is in the toilet. And I use that term because I was being seen for a bladder infection. I left a sample just before closing on June 1st. No one called me with the results until June 7th and showed I had a UTI. I called every day and no one returned my call. At one point, my call was transferred to a voice mail and no name was attached to it so I didn't even know to whom I was speaking. When no one bothered to call me, I assumed that maybe my results were negative. That wasn't the case. This is not giving someone personal care. I would have been better off to go into a walk-in clinic and leave a sample and have a doctor on staff give me a prescription. I have no intention of ever returning to this poorly run office"

"Would give you 5 stars but your receptionists are rude, and do not properly do their jobs, don't set appointments, then say "oh well" the Dr's are amazing, but the receptionists make it really hard to want to go to this particular place. Definitely thinking about switching to somewhere in montrose."

"I don't understand why people don't take their time to write a good review when they have had a good experience. I know they will take the time to write a review if they have a bad one. That being said, I see there hasn't been a bad review in over 4 years. I can tell you why, this place is great! Dr. Funk is of the best doctors Ive had in my lifetime. He always takes his time with me and discusses options and allows my input. He really seems compassionate and caring. It makes me feel like I am truly getting the best treatment. The entire office staff is friendly, even though I see they are busy and must be frustrated. They never show it."

"Dr. Freese has been professional and stays up on new drugs and medical knowledge. He is a good listener and can earmark possible medical problems. I have the utmost confidence in him."
