"Called March 20th with a sick calf, not eating or drinking, very latherigic, gal had to chat with vet, called back March 22nd and told us we could come in the 26th, almost a week of not eating or drinking and sick. Thank God for friends with meds. Since they changed the rules on places selling meds for folks to give their cattle we have to rely on our friends and neighbors. Such a horrible situation."
"Don't bring your pets here. Natalie O'Regan is a 'TURN & BURN' veterinarian. Spent a significant amount of money for an examination re. our dog not eating. 10 days later we wound up with an emergency surgery at Grand Valley Emergency Vet Clinic with the removal of a tumor the size of a grapefruit. A thorough exam by O'Regan would have caught this. Our dog was examined in a back room. Brought back without an explanation except she needed a dental with no elaboration as to the extent of dental work needed. O'Regan had spent a total of 5 minutes with us and left no room or time to ask more questions. Don't really think she cares. The level of care and service we have gotten from Grand Valley Emergency and Surface Creek Veterinary are what we expect. This clinic does not even come close. Just saying..."

"The staff are fantastic, but the vet doesn't seem overly concerned about the animals getting their prescriptions in a timely manner. I've had to make multiple calls as well as stopping by for over 2 weeks trying to get a written prescription. And I'm still waiting. I understand being very busy, but if she wants an animal on medication, there has to be a better way."
