"My wife just called to get insurance information and was treated unkindly on the phone with Micheal Hillman. He was unprofessional, raised his voice and spoke over her. He accused her of being a child (she is 34), and said "why don't you let the adults take care of this" and also engaged in gender discrimination speech saying "we know what men and women are in this office" I'm not totally sure what he meant by that but it sounds sexist to me. We will be filing a formal complaint with the state insurance portal. (I only put 1 star because it wouldn't let me enter 0)"
