"One of the most thorough family doctors I've been to. We have received excellent medical care and advice from Dr. Purvis and her staff at Stoney Mesa. Sometimes the waiting room time may get a bit long, but Dr. Purvis and her staff ask many questions and preform thorough examinations so a correct diagnosis will be made. Our family highly recommends Dr. Purvis and Stoney Mesa Family Practice."
"Horrible communication and scheduling. Over booked and not enough people to get assistance. Nice doctor, poor planning and staff. You will sit for over a hour and a half and listen to the phone ring and ring. Noon comes around and staff start to leave for lunch. I understand we all need lunch/breaks, but wow as a courtesy they should let everyone in the waiting room know it will be a little while and see if anyone wants to reschedule on a better day for them. If you ask to reschedule less than 24 hours or day before they will bill you for that. I sat for over a hour just to see the doctor for 5 minutes, easy $150 bill. I second the first review if you want to get straight answers and accurate information go somewhere else! They need to figure their organization out or get out. It is nice this business is here, just need to get with the times. Life happens communicate if the doctor has something come up call the clients and ask to reschedule. One email, text or call can do wonders."
