"This was the first time I have tried in the forest grooming, she did an absolute fabulous job. We were very happy with her and I had a very happy puppy"
"Poor customer service, and not happy with grooming results. Customers aren't allowed through the door, so you're forced to conduct business on the driveway. No mechanism to inspect the grooming or provide comments for changes. They are unable to provide printed receipts for payments, and don't return phone calls in a timely manner. Each of 2 grooming appointments took 4.5 - 5 hours, and cost $55 per dog. I won't go back, after asking for a schnauzer cut and having my dog's entire skirt shaved off from chest to tail. REVIEWER UPDATE: It’s now been 8 months, and my dogs have had 4 appointments with a new professional groomer since my review. My schnauzer’s skirt still hasn’t grown back in."
"We've been taking our dogs to Pet Grooming in the Forest for many years. Now I have 2 corgi mixes and they both love being groomed. They come home happy and I know they are very well taken care of and treated exceptionally well by Theresa and her staff. Highly recommend!"

"Teresa is amazing she works well with both my corgi and chocolate lab. Very friendly and clean facility. My babies are never stressed or anxious when we go see Teresa at pet grooming in the forest. I highly recommend them to anyone with fur babies. Our corgi is 11 blind, has arthritis, and is diabetic so requires Gentry care I can always trust them and that my babies are in good hands"
