"In theory, this is a great idea. In practice, not so much. I agree with a previous review mentioning the time restriction, but my biggest issue with this machine is that the disinfectant comes out of the same hose as the shampoo and conditioner. The first time I went everything was fine. The second (and now last time) I went disinfectant came out when I had chosen the shampoo. Disinfectant came out for a good 15 seconds before switching to shampoo. The disinfectant was all over my dog. Incredibly scary. And honestly not acceptable. The groomer who happened to be there was pretty casual about it. Her tone did not match the many signs that say DO NOT DISINFECT YOUR DOG. If I hadn’t been one time before and known that the shampoo had a strong, fruity smell I may not have known that it was disinfectant coming out. I still wasn’t quick enough to catch it. I had met the owner and he seems like a nice guy - I don’t write negative reviews lightly. I try to be fair, but I will not be coming back."

"I wouldn't use this dog wash again. The $18 fee to wash AND blow dry your dog in 12 minutes is inadequate. Especially when I can go down the road and have unlimited time for cheaper. Makes the entire experience very rushed. I didn't see any combs available to use. Confusing process the rinse down and sanitize the tub after use seems like a responsibility of the business not the customer. Would have appreciated knowing what shampoo and conditioner I was putting on my dog. Self service dog wash is a cool concept but the current setup is not likely to net you many return customers."
