"Wonderful experience!! We had scheduled our appointment without knowing that a snowstorm would hit the day of. They were so understanding and flexible trying to help me find a new time. They were kind enough to fit us in quickly and they did a great job. They greeted us promptly, went through the information shared about my dog and gave me an estimated time frame. They texted me about 15 mins before he was done which was perfect for the drive time and my dog was ready when I walked in. They gave me a full report of how he had done and he got an adorable bandanna!! We will definitely be back!!"
"I took my golden retriever for a much need bath, deshedding treatment, and haircut. Cecilia did a fantastic job!! They did great with his haircut and bath, and were helpful through the whole process. My dog has a lot of anxiety and she asked a lot of questions in order to make him feel as comfortable as possible. They also gave a 20 min heads up for when they would be done so he didn’t have to be in a kennel for long. I will definitely be bringing him back!"
