"Jen and team are consummate professionals when it comes to pet care. Poopanators has taken care of our 5 year old, very large lab mix Bo twice now. The first set of overnights and day visits was a non-event, but on our second weekend away with Bo in Jen’s care he developed stress-induced hemorrhagic diarrhea - TMI and truly a nightmare for Jen to arrive at our home to. Not only did she coordinate with us remotely and our neighbors to get Bo loaded up and triaged at the emergency vet, she kept us posted all weekend on status (and cleaned up our home!). Not to mention it was her husband’s birthday weekend that we had inconveniently interrupted! Jen returned Bo from the e vet and made him chicken and rice to ensure that he’d face no further tummy troubles until we got home. She’s truly such a godsend to our family and we’re grateful to have someone so trustworthy on dial. We couldn’t recommend her and her team more."
