"Tears of happy, happy, joy, joy. My sweet princess Eleven came to Erie Animal Hospital after accidentally ingesting some thyroid medication meant for another cat visiting our home. I was terrified that my little love would have a condition requiring medication for the rest of her life. Erie Animal Hospital was able to get us in right away. As sweet as my precious lady is she has extreme anxiety from being abandoned as a kitten. New places and new people frighten her; she shakes and gets a little aggressive when anyone new comes into her space. We took her to a vet when we lived in COS last year and they told me they would only see her if I gave her meds beforehand to sedate her. HARD PASS. The moment we arrived at Erie Animal Hospital we were welcomed and felt safe. They took us back into the patient room right away and gave us time to settle in. Each and every single person that interacted with us truly listened to what we had to say. Above that, they handled my girl with the care they would their own little loves. Staff and Dr. Towner allowed my Eleven to take the lead, not forcing her to stand on the table but examining her from where she felt safe, snuggled next to her mama. Dr. Towner and the staff are so patient and kind. They understood my fear and my heartache. Empathy and understanding is overflowing here. I felt so cared for and that I had a team on my side to get the answers my little girl needed and deserved. It's only after we went in that I read Dr. Towner studies and practices acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. As an herbalist myself this makes me even more grateful that I picked the right place for my favorite child. Not to mention the whole entire staff knew my Eleven was named after the Stranger Things series. They just get us. We have found a home. A place we feel safe and protected. And that means everything. Thank YOU!!!"

"Not a regular client of this clinic. This clinic was able to get me in same day for my pups stomach problems. These awesome people made my dog feel safe and comfortable (and put me at ease). They filled his prescriptions within 10 minutes and were so kind with the instructions. If I didn’t live so far away we’d be regulars. Highly recommend!"

"Very knowledgeable staff and veterinarian...understanding all breeds, as well as, their temperaments. Clean establishment, caring staff and the Dr. is remarkable with my Chow Chow who is very afraid of the vets office...she was comfortable, the tram managed her anxiety very well, where she felt safe. So elated that this place was located! Highly recommend..."

"Dr. Nicole and her staff helped our Siamese cat Sushi cross the rainbow bridge today and her and the entire staff were so very very kind and caring. They were all teary eyed when I arrived. Sushi declined super fast but had clearly won their hearts over the past several days while they were trying to get her well. I am so very grateful to this office during such a heartbreaking day."

"I have been taking my older cat Artimis here for about 8 months now for her arthritis and the doc and vet techs are great with her. I have also just started taking my younger cat Kizmit in and they were great with her as this was the first time she has been to the vet and she is very skittish."
