"D1 Training is a great community, which is what they are! A group of folks with like interests that help each other get to a common goal! I enjoy going to D1 as the workouts are already built and you go as hard as you want. If you’re injured they eagerly adjust to accommodate so you can continue. It is a non intimidating facility and growing rapidly in the past couple months! I encourage you to stop in and try out a session, you will be hooked! Brysnt"

"Great experience and coaching! My daughter is 9, playing up a year against bigger, faster, older kids in competitive soccer almost all year around, and working out at D1 has clearly benefitted her on the field. Her speed and strength have improved, along with an increase in confidence as an added bonus. Plus, we know that playing a competitive sport at a young age, most of the year, can easily lead to burnout. We like bringing her here because she can challenge herself, strengthen her core and joints (which is great for any sport), and best of all, it doesn’t involve a soccer ball."

"We have had an excellent experience having found a place for my 10-year-old son Sebastian to train and interact with other youngsters his age. Sebastian practices flag football at Regis High School and baseball in the Littlenton Thunder League and thanks to that we We were able to meet Preston Sanders, son of the great Superbowl champion Emmanuel Sander's, he is an extraordinary person, very kind and friendly. Talking with Emmanuel, he mentioned finding a training place to improve the performance and abilities of the children to play in a more effective and he mentioned D1 to me since it is very close to my house and it is very convenient and it is not as expensive as other places. Thanks to his advice I have seen that Sebastián is more motivated since it is difficult with him because he was diagnosed with ODD and ADHD by 5-10% and with D1 his attention and moped efficiency is much more manageable for him. D1 was the best decision we have made for our son and his future. Infinite thanks to Maggie, the General Manager, and her great team of trainers for her excellent work, since in a short time we have seen a very noticeable improvement. We 100% recommend D1 as an option for your kids to get them out of video games and get them off the couch."
