"I started training here in October of 2021. I'm 50+ years old and never taking a martial arts classes in my life. Six months (and 20 lbs lighter) later I attend a minimum of two classes per week and am committed to getting my next belt. The Fundamentals class is fantastic and is nicely scheduled for professionals (like myself) who can take advantage morning classes. I now take my 9-year old daughter to the Saturday kids class and she loves it."
