About the Business
Welcome to Heart and Core Yoga Studio, located at 720 East Main Street in Cortez, Colorado. Our cozy and comfortable studio space is the perfect place to practice yoga and Pilates, as well as receive massage therapy and attend special events and workshops.
Our certified instructors are passionate about bringing heart and core strength to the community of Cortez. We offer classes for every level and ability, providing opportunities for growth and fitness for all.
Check out our schedule for weekly classes and special events, and be sure to read our insightful blog articles to learn more about our instructors. Our drop-in price is $13, with class passes available for 6, 12, or 24 classes. Private sessions are also available for $60 per hour.
In addition to yoga and Pilates, we offer massage and bodywork sessions starting at $35 for a 30-minute focus session. Taking care of your mind and body benefits not only yourself, but also those around you, creating a happy and healthy community for all to enjoy.
