"For a fun, focused and intense workout, this place is the best. If I was better at time management I would be there 5 days a week. The culture is approachable and warm and there's ways for people of all levels to get their best possible workout in. Ellen (the owner) is a friend but I'd say all these things even if I didn't think she was one of the greatest people in Montezuma County."
