"We took our puppy to get a bald spot checked out and the staff was so personable and sweet. The help was phenomenal from the check in to the discharge instructions. If I could make them my dogs primary care (although they very thoughtfully offered suggestions for primary vets) I would in an instant. They have very reasonable prices, gentle with the animals and a schedule that works perfectly. All round a really fantastic experience! Thank you UrgentVet again!"

"Easy to book place in queue online. Got right in. Place is immaculate. Everyone I interfaced with was excellent. Vet offered me options for care of my dog so together we could choose the best approach. Everyone there was so kind and gentle to my dog he wasn’t nervous at all. They followed up next day via phone to confirm we were doing better. What a great option for after hours care without the cost and wait of emergency room!"

I always feel so taken care of My pup has been to over 14 different vets and I only can confidently recommend 2 to family and friends and this is one of them. The minute we walked in, I was welcomed by the nicest and most caring staff member Holly. She was so so good with my dog and took the extra time to make sure my dog was super happy and comfortable throughout the entire process. They spend so much quality time with my dog and answered all my questions and never rushed me once like some vet and doctor visits. I have never felt so so cared for. Words cannot speak about how great the team is here and they are so so knowledgeable! I will not go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone! Dr. Kimberly May was so amazing too! She is one of the best vets in the state. My dog has really bad vet anxiety but in the middle of the appointment she fell asleep so peacefully when she was with the vet. I have never seen my dog so comfortable in a vet clinic like Urgent Vet."

"We didn't have an emergency, but the situation was pretty urgent. I went online and was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately. I live five minutes away so by the time I got there they were ready for us and had a room waiting. We were seen right away by very kind and caring professionals, and had a really good experience. Our dog is on the mend and I was very happy with the service, price and time we were taken care of in. They even called to ask how our dog was the next day. Will definitely be going back if we need to! Thanks for making our experience a good one and helping our fur baby."
