"Horrible conditions of the animals sold here. The poor ball pythons and corn snakes are covered in stuck shed and severely dehydrated. They mist the enclosures which all have red lights and aspen bedding that molds causing tons of respiratory issues. They sell “live bug cups” that are full of already dead bugs. The workers are not educated on fish or reptile care and cause sick animals. Their prices are outrageous for the quality you get. I would never shop here. Corporate has been contacted about animal abuse and unsafe conditions. You’re better off going somewhere else. 0/10"
"So happy to find an excellent groomer at our local Pet Supplies Plus location. We are over the moon happy with Kimberly's skill and finesse in getting our dog's nails trimmed. We have a dramatic and strong girl and she was able to trim her nails quickly and professionally."
"Jinx does such a great job grooming my dogs. She grooms them once a month and they always come back happy and looking fabulous. She keeps a very clean and organized station. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for your dog grooming needs."

"1st time coming here for the self serve dog wash. Great 1st time experience. The cashier was very friendly (i didn’t catch her name). Self serve area shares multiple tubs- so if your dog is anxious be mindful other dogs/pets can be in the area too. They provide different shampoo options, 2 towels, pet scrub brush, a bucket. There are aprons hung on the wall if you don’t want your clothes to get wet which is nice. The dryer hose we had with our tub had a small hole by the nozzle connection allowing air to escape not for drying our dog Overall, super clean and organized!"
