"We love this school! Our daughter had been here for over a year and the skills she's developed have been amazing, not to mention she's so happy there. All the teachers care deeply about the kiddos and they're so inclusive. The school is super clean and so well kept."

"Rude, condescending and unprofessional management. No one responded to any of the voicemails I left. I applied online and gave the "application fee" and no one contacted me, updated me via email, nothing. I had to make all the effort to get in touch with staff. I was told my son had a spot only because I called for an update. Apparently, the "application fee" is to pay for the service of keeping up with my application/waitlist and no one seems to be doing that. No update for next steps on enrollment, I had to ask for that too. I finally got it and called for clarification on my almost $3000 invoices and Stacy was incredibly condescending. She interrupted me as I asked questions, and when I asked what my tuition would be, she said, "It's on the tuition schedule." When I asked if I could see it, she replied, "It's on the website. You didn't go on the website? You applied but you didn't go on the website?" At this point I asked to speak to her manager because she was being so rude, Stacy put me on hold and then I was hung up on. I called back, Kathy answered and told me she was sitting next to Stacy and that she wasn't rude at all, to which I replied that if that is their view on customer service, my son won't be attending. In addition, when a company has multiple 5 star reviews made during the same time, it's suspicious at best. Beware of this location."

"My son is 4 and is in the older class. His lead teacher is amazing.. so patient and kind. The rooms are set up well and there’s always something to do. This school is more play based vs. traditional school which I love. Let young kids play and be kids! My only critique if you even call it that is I wish the outdoor area had a bit more imaginary types of activities but it’s a new school so I’m sure that will develop over time. The kids planted a garden this year and have been harvesting it which I appreciate."

"From the minute we stepped foot into Thrive, we knew it was right for our family. Kathy and Stacy (the Directors) are extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, and communicative. It's a smaller school and we love that! It's also reallllly clean. I feel like we have had less of the sickies here then any other school we have tried. We have 1 kiddo in preschool who has made a strong connection with his teachers- he feels safe, loved, and encouraged to explore his interests. We also have a kiddo in the Spanish Immersion program and it's incredible how much she understands and is using Spanish on the daily now. Her teachers are wonderful and truly care about her. There is nothing better than sending your kiddo to a place where you know they are seen and loved!"

"Excellent daycare! They have the best staff and large well maintained classrooms and playgrounds. Our child is stimulated, cared for, and getting lots of interaction with other children daily. I have never seen a time when there are not 2-3 teachers for one small class. Daily communication and pictures are frequent and easy. Cannot recommend this Thrive location enough."
