"While I did not purchase my Berninas from Studio Bernina, I have purchased a number of accessories, a top of the line sewing machine cabinet and have used them for servicing both my Berninas over the past 10 years. They consistently have exceptional service techs. Their current tech, Lisa, is extremely knowledgeable, easily accessible via phone and incredibly patient with my questions and concerns. We troubleshoot my problems together and she only charges me when she needs to actually fix something other than oiling my machine. I recommend Studio Bernina and Lisa to my Bernina friends, but Lisa also handles Pfaffs as well as a few other brands."

"I an in Laffat visiting family. I brought my granddaughter a small Janome machine that I had jamed the machine and could not get the bobbin housing back in. I took it to the Bernina studio, as I love bernina and my granddaughter takes classes there. The ladies in the store fixed it in 5 minutes. Said I had a peice in upside down. They were quite kind and efficient. They would not take any money, and said if she had any other issues, her dad could bring it in. Wonderful customer service.The best people."

The tech who repairs the machines, Lisa, is a genius and can walk you through any problems and teach you how to keep your sewing machine in great condition. She can fix any problems you are having with your machine! I have taken many classes and the quilting instructor Terry has helped me learn to quilt. She is a master of her craft, and explains the techniques and concepts of quilting in a clear and friendly manner. We have fun in the classes! Dawn is another quilting instructor and she is amazing, be sure to sign up for classes!"
