"Great school. The staff is amazing with my special needs child. I would definitely agree with putting up a fence on the east side of the property to protect the children from Federal Blvd."

"While it's a more "traditional" public school than I originally anticipated, the principal and staff do genuinely seem to care about all the students as individuals. The student body is wonderfully diverse, and reflects the wider world around us. Plus the added arts focus only further unlocks untapped brainpower for all the kids - and they all seem to really enjoy it. A school on the rise for sure."

"Absolutely horrendous lack of attention &/or discipline for a child that has kicked another, unprovoked, in the groin & the following day the same child hit the other child in the face. The first incident was completely ignored & the second incident only resulted in a one day suspension. The first incident was only reported to the parents via an email from Kelly Almer the "Facilitator of our future leaders" saying it had been taken care of. No phone call, just a dishonest & pacifying email, they'd done absolutely nothing. Then the same child hits the same victim in the face, on video, & they suspended him for one day & the parents contacted the school, because the school, once again, failed to notify the parents, they heard it from their son when he came home. The parents set up an appointment with one of the assistant principals, the father taking time of work & losing money, only for the principal to not even be there for the appointment & with the assistant principal, counselor, & teacher. They now want to wait until after Christmas break to have the very meeting the assistant principal blew off to leave early instead of doing their job & rectifying a situation with one child being violent towards another. Absolutely inexcusable neglect of responsibilities & completely ignorant of the need to meet with parents, on both sides, to get this situation squared away properly. Adding insult to injury, Mrs Alma, at the front desk is exceptionally rude & ignorant because she's making rude comments about the victim being in the front office needing help. If Mrs Alma has a problem helping children she should find a job in which that's not her primary responsibility, sad that an adult has such disdain towards children has a position in which she needs to be there for them. This school & its "leadership" is seriously lacking the skills, attitude, & abilities to properly provide a safe & productive learning environment. 100% ignorant, unprofessional, ineffective, & unacceptable lack of respect for the children & the parents concerns over a violent child, repeatedly assaulting another."

"Absolutely love this school! The teachers are amazing and so understanding with my son. It is very aparent that the teachers love what they do! Our favorites have been Mrs. Teeples, Mrs. Prince and so far we love Mrs Dryer! I am so happy and thankful to have such a great school for my son to attend!"
