"I would give this place less than 2 stars but only for the fact that they did some excellent people who stand out above the rest. I do not remember her name but a nurse who checked my father in law in on day one was outstanding. Second was Dr Barrett who provided outstanding information and kindness to the family. Last The golden star of the group was management case members Trinh and Renae. Both of them are ambassadors on customer service. I would give 10 stars each for there response and dedication to their job. They are both professional and complete their task with compassion and sincerity. Trinh left and I feel you lost a most valuable asset. Luckily you still have Renea. The family wish to thank these 4 extremely outstanding people."

"Kindred management, please reach out to me. Your staff was your saving grace. The nursing staff worked above and beyond, and so did your CNA's. Whomever you're contracting with for the kitchen needs to be raked over the coals. And please... FIX YOUR AIR CONDITIONING!!! Staff Awesome. Facility "meh". 4 Stars. That's all I've got right now. "2nd time there and find that most nurses don't speak English as a first language and it's hard to communicate with them. And they seem to have an attitude that is just not polite, maybe it's a cultural thing but makes it had for the patient to be comfortable in a long term care! Therapy is really good and wound care directors are very good at their job! Doctors are great and very receptive to their patients. Work on your nursing staff!!!"

"Although the doctors are important I want to recognize the nursing staff and inspite of the load that they take on they are quite helpful to individuals here, especially me and I would like to commend them and show my appreciation. Kindred has some real carrying, merciful, and nice people. As soon as I get out of here, I am going to buy some flowers and give them to the nursing staff. They really take care of you and have got me through some tough times. I don't know if i can do what they do. God bless them."

"I’m so happy with my stay a kindred of Aurora. Im not going to lie at first I was a little nervous, as all things, when taken out of our element and control of our own world we get scared. So having said that, I want to say THANKS AND HUGS!! To my rehab team, at first I was thinking ok guy , you and I aren’t going to get along. His counterpart put my mind at ease. HATS OFF TO CHRIS AND CHRISTIN. BEST REHAB TEAM IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH!!! Chris you are the definition of a love/ hate relationship. You s aid I’d have a bit of hate for you , definitely not a lie!! Omg. I learned quickly that without your knowledge in the rehabilitation process, i myself would not have made the progress I did in the two months working with you. Thanks for knowing my mind so well. You never let my apprehensions get in the way of my progress!! Im going to miss your persuasion and the cheering on for “ one more step, come on one more”!! I couldn’t have asked for a better rehab coach!! Christin you are by far the best empathetic ot coach I’ve seen in a very long time. Your work with me has been outstanding. I was sure my hand wasn’t going to be able to do what it normally did. I’m sure it’s going to break through barriers I don’t even know exist. Thank you for the hugs, sometimes it just takes something as simple as that to push one another through to the end. Like the song “ love is all you need”.
