"If I could give no stars I would this place is absolutely horrendous. My husband is paralyzed and they leave him in his bed no attempts at physical therapy nothing to actually care for him. They did a Foley catheter because it was too inconvenient to do his straight catheter. They leave him ignored at the end of a hallway. The environment is dark and dingy. The parking is a whole other issue on its own. It takes 20/30 minutes for him to be attended to after pushing his call button. They shouldn’t be accepting patients who they aren’t equipped to care for"

"My father is currently residing here after a biopsy gone wrong and over a month in a coma at the ICU. After a rough experience in the ICU, this place is like a breath of fresh air. Consistent care, kind staff and a willingness and eagerness to heal. Mariana especially is one of the most amazing healthcare staff I have ever met."

"From day one, I felt like both myself and my husband were treated like family. We were welcomed with open arms and my husband's care has been exceptional. When I had concerns about meds and how they were affecting my husband, there was a whole team approach to answer my questions, calm my nerves, and solve the problem. My husband has had amazing therapy staff work with him. PT/OT/SLP have gone above and beyond to rehab my husband and teach me to care for him upon discharge. The food has been great and brought a lot of joy to my husband. Every staff member brings something different and useful to my husband's care. I feel heard and like an active participant in my husband's recovery."

"I was in PAM for 2 weeks. I love the staff. PT and OT made me laugh through the pain. The nurses and CNAs have treated me with professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They always respected my privacy, while still keeping me safe. The kitchen coordinators worked hard very hard to give me choices. Overall a wonderful facility."
